Last night, the husband and I watched Identity, a 2003 movie I’d never heard of. In flipping through the on-screen guide, I stumbled across it and recorded it on a whim. Last night I had to sign a permission slip for the Tall Kid. Not for a field trip, but for English class. They’ll be studying Frankenstein by, apparently, watching the 1994 film, Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein, which the teacher referred to as “powerful”.

Okay, it does have an impressive cast: Robert De Niro, Kenneth Branagh, Helena Bonham Carter, Aidan Quinn, John Cleese, etc. And I’ve heard it best represents the book.

I’ll start with NCIS: Los Angeles: Not a fan. I have a feeling if we continue watching it, it’ll be because it’s on after NCIS and there’s nothing else to watch.

The good: LL Cool J. I love him and I think he doesn’t get enough credit as an actor. He’s also eleventy billion kinds of hot, which doesn’t hurt.
