With a few things removed for privacy reasons, this is essentially the master list I keep in Evernote for conference travel. I’ve pared it down over several trips and use it not only so I don’t forget things, but because it keeps me from overpacking.
You might also notice my carry-on bag is primarily for medications, my good jewelry and tech items. I prefer to check a bag and take the smallest bag possible on the plane with me. If the airline loses my luggage, I’ll run to the store.

Wow, you’ve got things down pat. Before we moved to Florida 2 years ago, we were going back and forth anywhere from 2 to 4 times a year. I had to make a list for me, hubby and our dog so I didn’t forget anything. I also had to make a list of what to turn off/on at home and in Florida. Even though I tried to be organized it seems like I always forgot something. Have fun at the conference!
Wow , You know how to pack. I also make a list when I am going on vacation or where ever. if I didn’t make a list I would forget half what I needed to take with me. Have fun at the RWA conference..
We’ve been going to camp every other weekend from May through October for years and years, but I still have a list in Evernote, LOL. It’s easier than trying to keep track in my head and definitely better than getting halfway there and wondering if I remembered to clean the litter box.
Have a great time!
