Win Holiday Games!

Are you ready for some Holiday Games? Today’s release day for my awesome friend, Jaci Burton, who’s written a wonderful Riley family Christmas novella for her Play by Play series.

Holiday Games
A Holiday Novella in the Play-by-Play Series

A Riley wedding is in the works, a Riley Christmas means a house full of family, and baby making is on Liz Riley’s mind. Chasing Gavin around and meeting in dark closets can be fun, but Liz is more than a little determined. Even with family in every corner of the house, Gavin is more than ready to do whatever Liz wants—especially when sex is involved. It’s a Riley family Christmas.

CHRISTMAS! Sorry. Didn’t mean to yell, but I love Christmas. And I love Christmas romances. And I love the Riley family. I’m pretty excited today.

mismatchedmittsI’ve known Jaci a long time and, besides the fact she’s a wicked awesome friend and writer, I know three things about her… 1) She’s always cold. 2) She can’t wear wool. And 3) She spends a lot of time typing. So what would I buy Jaci for Christmas? Solmate fingerless mittens! I have their Mismatched socks and I love them–no pairing them up because they’re not supposed to match!—so I’d love the share the joy with Jaci.

Comment here, telling me what your favorite holiday show or movie is, and I’ll gift a Kindle or Nook copy of Holiday Games to five winners, randomly drawn tomorrow at 10am EST!

Subject to winner being able to receive a Kindle or Nook digital copy of the book.

I love It’s A Wonderful Life. Try to catch it every year. Have thought about just buying the dvd, but then it’d take away some of the fun of hunting it down on the tv. There’s just something so touching about finding your way back into something that you’d forgotten about. Mushy huh? On the other hand, my hubby always wants to catch the original Rudolph the Red nosed raindeer. How weird is that?

There are so many holiday movies I grew up watching that it is hard to choose. Now, my sons make me watch Eight Crazy Nights every year as there are no other Chanukkah movies. I think your gift for Jaci is great. Thank you for sharing her book with us also.

As a child, my favorite Christmas movie was “Mr. Magoo’s Christmas Carol”. Although it is still my favorite Christmas Carol, it has been slightly edged out as my favorite Christmas movie by “A Christmas Story”. I love the humor of it and even though it is set a little before I was born, I can still remember wearing one of those snowsuits where you could barely move and God forbid if you ever fell down, you were not getting up on your own. :) By the way, I am always cold and I can’t wear wool either. :)

I am a sucker for the Hallmark channel @ Christmas. You know the movies are silly and you can tell the ending five minutes in, but they make me smile. Plus they show all the classics.

I would have to say that I love watching Miracle on 34th Street the 1947 version, and my favorite holiday game that my family plays is CLR. (Its a dice game where you start with three quarters and you have to move money to either the right, center, or left. The last one left with money wins the round and the center pot.)
