All He Ever Dreamed is available from Audible.com now! (As are the rest of the Kowalski crowd and my Carina Press novellas.)
Speaking of audiobooks, I have Whiskey Beach by Nora Roberts cued up on my Audible app, but I haven’t had a chance to listen to it yet. (Which, of course, means I haven’t had a chance to clean my house. Bummer.)
Have you read (or listened to) it? I’m hoping it’s really, really good.

I read Whiskey Beach. The heroine is very chirpy and I know she got on some readers’ nerves. I wanted more of the hero’s family. While not an instant-favorite, I thought it was an entertaining read. Hope you enjoy it.
As for audio books, I admire that you can listen while cleaning. I get too easily distracted and end up having to re-listen to parts.

I got about halfway through Whiskey Beach and then stopped it to listen to podcasts. I don’t know if it’s the book or the narrator, but I’m not loving it. I’m interested to hear your take.

When I first started listening to audiobooks, I’d realized at some point my mind had wandered and I’d have to re-listen to chunks, but I’ve gotten better at it. Really depends on the story and the narrator to keep me in it.
One thing I’ve been doing is listening to the books at 1.5x speed (via the Audible app). My attention was wandering a lot because I’m from New England. We talk FAST and the narrators, who have to enunciate clearly, were losing me. But I can’t do that with Whiskey Beach because it makes the guy sound a little chipmunky.
So far I’ve had to rewind to the beginning three times because I keep losing track. I don’t think the hero’s even gotten out of the car yet, LOL.

I love audio books! I drive 45 minutes each way to work – I am currently listening to the tale of Beth and Kevin to and from work! Loving it!!
