The Dumpster of Dooooooom

Big dumpster in my driveway

My mission, should I choose to accept it (and I don’t really have any choice since I paid for it and it’s in my driveway for a week) is to fill this dumpster with crap from my house. And it’s a 20-yarder, too. It’s been at least ten years since we last did this, so we’re overdue.

This is one of those jobs that brings a deep sense of happy satisfaction when it’s done but, holy crap, the doing of it sucks.

We just put our house on the market, so I have been doing major (think HUGE) cleaning/donating/disposing around here over the past 2-3 weeks. But now that it’s done – Ahhhhh! :) It is a good feeling to purge some junk.
    Happy cleaning!

I know the act of cleaning sucks but when you’re done, you’re glad you did. We need a dumpster of doom here too but they don’t have anything like that around here. Hope your cleaning adventure is going well and over soon :)

I’m about to call and have them come and pick it up! WHEEE!

We officially filled it late yesterday afternoon and it’s such a relief. Definitely a big sense of satisfaction!
