I’m late today. Had a hard time keeping the fact it’s Friday in my head. I gained .6 of pound, which I’m conveniently blaming on the fact I got on the scale later in the day. (See how easily I make excuses for myself?)
Spring’s coming. Slowly, but it’s coming and I can feel myself coming out of the weird winter funk I’ve been in. Hopefully that’s going to make a difference.

And I’m in an ugh place right now. I’ve had a rocky Saturday, food-wise, and tomorrow we’re going to a hockey game, which means concession food.

Getting on the scale later in the day DOES make the number higher. I always weigh up to 2 pounds more mid-day than first thing in the morning. Not an excuse!
Not sure what your routine is but try HIIT. And I love Lindsay Brin videos and Bar Method videos.
And my favorite breakfast is an egg white omelette with a fat-free bean dip all over it. Soooooo yummy, sugar- and carb- free and sets the tone for the rest of the day.

Yes, I’m with you guys! Monday I need to make a fresh start. Up 5 pounds from my lowest weight. Yet to break into that new decade as well. Starting to feel like I’m going to let another year go by without making my goal weight! Terrible. Need to focus.
