Sadly, a pound in the gained column. It’s 1.2, to be precise. I’m going to blame it on Valentine’s Day prime rib. And the pizza we had Wednesday night, the leftovers of which I’ve been working my way through. The clothes I bought the end of last summer are getting too tight to wear again, so I really really need to turn it around.
How did you guys do?

Got my period (just 2.5 weeks after last, wtf?) and gained 2.8 pounds, what with chocolate craving and water retention.

The official Sunday weigh in did turn out to be a one-day blip. On Monday, I was right back down to what I weighed the previous Sunday. I’ve been right about the same all week, but this morning I weighed in and was down a pound and a half! The morning after Valentine’s Day! Hopefully I’ll keep it off in time for this coming Sunday’s official weigh-in. If I can just stay away from the stores with the half-off V-Day candies…

The battery on my scale died this week. Yay! Or boo? Anyway, my official weighin day is Saturday, so tomorrow morning I should get the news. I’ve been a good girl about tracking my points and stuff, so hopefully it will be positive.

I didn’t weigh myself this morning. Not after eating pizza last night. Plus, I volunteered to chaperone a Lock In tonight and there will be more pizza. So maybe I’ll weigh myself next week.

Hai. Been a while since I’ve raised my hand for these. I’ve been recommitted to being healthy since the start of the year. This week in particular I’m zero gain, zero loss, but since Jan 2nd I’m down 18 over all.
