Stuck in a rut

The scale says I weigh the same as I did last week. *sigh* Did no tracking, drank too many iced coffees and too many slices of leftover pizza.

I hope you guys are doing awesome. Come Monday, I’ve got to start really getting back on track.

I have been where you are and will be there again–it’s all part of the process! Sometimes I think our bodies just need those plateaus to adjust.

This week I lost 2.5 lbs! whoa!! I am also 1.5 lbs less than the lowest I got the last time I lost weight. I am so excited! :D

That’s so awesome Tracy! You’re in virgin weight loss territory! *tosses confetti*

That makes it easier to keep going. :)

I’m not weighing myself for a while. I had the ladytimes hit last week, and this week’s going to be all about the emotional eating due to a death in the family. I’m okay with this. I’ll just have to get myself out of the house and walking for a bit as that’ll also help with the emotional roller coaster.

Not quite there, but the scale says I’m two pound down.

Of course, NOW I want pizza (thanks, Ms S)

For you pizza lovers (as I am) Zuccinni pizza crust and italian turkey sausage with onions and mushrooms and reduced fat cheese has been my salvation… I found that this one was easy to track as point values are LOW and flavor is HIGH. I got your back as well as your books :-)

(((Hugs))) Katie. There have been a couple of times I’ve not stepped on the scale, too. Sometimes you just have to accept it is what it is and get back to it when life’s not so upside-down.

Azteclady, woohoo! Two pounds is awesome! And now I want pizza again.

I’ve never been a zucchini fan, nor onions, but I bet an italian turkey sausage and mushroom pizza sounds pretty damn good. I wonder if I could find some kind of lowfat English muffins so I can make a couple up for lunches. Hmm…

So I’ve been crazy busy and not blogging, but I did get on the scale last Friday. I gained .6, but I didn’t beat myself up about it. Still haven’t started exercising, though. That I’m beating myself up about. A little. :)
