I meant to do a long post about how my eating “urges” and not just habits, have changed along with some before and after pics, but this morning was one long technical difficulty.
I’m actually writing this on my phone, which is limiting, but good practice for blogging from Anaheim. I figure it’s easier than dictating blog posts to the housesitter over the phone.
So I lost 2.6 weeks this week, which means I’m very close to being in the same “decade” as my goal weight. And there are only 12 more glass stones in the Pounds To Lose jar!
How are you guys doing?
You are doing awesome.
I’m doing better than I was but, of course, not as well as I want to be.
Go Shannon, Go!
YAY!! I am so excited for you!! *doing a happy dance*
I did not weigh in. Period started today and I refuse to weigh in when I know it will be starting in a day or two or has just started. I retain water very well so it’s just not worth getting on the scale.
I am 2 weeks into halving the dose of meds that helped me gain these 40 lbs and I feel like my clothes are already feeling a tiny bit looser again. So, I am hoping to see a big change next week!!
Go Shannon! I’m pretty sure I’ve hit a plateau as I’ve been within the same pound for the last three weeks. Overall, this doesn’t bother me as I expected it to happen, but I’m a leetle annoyed as a couple of weeks ago I walked the hell out of my feet and still didn’t lose anything. And now I think I may have a case of plantar fascitis. I’m just going to need to be more vigilant about what I’m eating so that I can stay around the plateau rather than going up since I’m going to significantly cut back on my exercising to give my feet a break.
You have inspired me like you wouldn’t believe. Huge, huge congrats.
And I’m totally going to borrow those jars, dammit!
Congrats! You are doing a good job even while dealing with a lot of stressful things in your life right now. I wish you continued luck with the process as well as with your gallbladder issues/pain and the RWA conference!
You are doing awesome, Shannon. I am finally on a roll. I’m down 5 pounds and pretty proud of that since it’s taken me forever to get back on track. I have even worked out twice so far this week. You’re an inspiration!
