We’ve grown accustomed to the fact, when people learn I’m a romance author, guys will give my husband the “heh heh” waggly eyebrow, as if the man really is being used as a research sex dummy every day. In reality, it’s more like one of my tweets from this morning:
Mr S just called and said, “In case it’s for your edits, at 2am you slapped my ass, said ‘Old Home Day’ and went back to sleep.”

Sense of humor, the best of all the senses.

LOL.
And was it something you needed to remember for your edits?

It was, actually. I needed an “event” and Old Home Day was perfect.

I love a sense of humor. That’s one of the sexiest traits a man can have. As a matter of fact, that’s my favorite thing about your books. The characters (especially the brothers and Sean) have such a funny, witty banter going when they are around each other. It seems so easy and (for lack of a better word) real.

Thank you! His sense of humor is one of the things I love most about my husband and it’s what first attracted me to him, so it’s important my book guys have it, too.
