Inspiration to diet and exercise surrounded by cake. That doesn’t mess with my head at all.

    Pfff! I’m doing the diet thing at present, and the board didn’t rattle my cage either…much!

    oh lord, that’s a horrible image to have in your head–the whole of it, I mean.

    But then, I don’t much like the image on the upper right corner either–it’s a fairly unattainable one even for people who are within ten or so pounds of their ‘healthy’ weight (I can’t imagine how many hours a day it takes to have that definition).
