Lost one pound this week and I’m happy with that. I ate some Not Very Good Things to make up for last week and, besides slipping on my “eat breakfast every day” resolution, I got frustrated with tracking and skipped a little bit. If what I’m eating doesn’t come with a nutrition label, I have a really hard time figuring out points. But I’m going to do better this week. I’ve also been poking around the Skinnytaste website because the recipes have the Points+ values. Websites with healthy foods are usually a bust for me because most of the recipes are very vegetable and/or fish heavy and I can’t find anything we’ll eat. Skinnytaste has some good, family-friendly recipes, though.

Oops. Left something out. I’d edit it in, but the feed probably already went out.
I only lost the one pound, but it dropped me to 209, so I’m in the two-ohs now. And I have one-something realistically in my sights now, so that’s incentive. (Not for next Friday, obviously, but…soon.)

Rawk! Entering the two-ohs has to feel good.
Go you!
I lost .6 of a pound. Gotta admit it’s frustrating today coz I’ve been *really* fucking good this week. Even in the face of a few really bad days where some emotional eating sounded oh-so-good. *sigh*

This loosing weight business is frustrating. I lost 1.5 lbs last week, did the SAME THINGS this week and gained the 1.5 back! HUH?! My cycle should be starting any day now, so that better be it! *sigh* But all I can do is keep plugging along!!
Congrats in the getting into the two-ohs!

I’m not looking forward to Friday morning. Having one of those weeks where I just don’t give a crap. I guess that’s part of the process, right?
Dreading the scale for the first time. I’m usually looking forward to it.
