First, a brief housekeeping note. Made some changes with regard to the blog and commenting should be much faster now. (As for housekeeping with regard to my house…not so much of that going on. My husband can attest to that.)
So yesterday I blogged about how spring was springing and how we were giving the truck a good washing to rinse to the road salt off. You would think I’d know better than that by now. Or as TK said, “You just had to invite the Mother Nature beat-down, didn’t you?”. Woke up this morning to a winter storm warning, snow imminent, and the strong possibility the boys will have an early dismissal.
More items have been added to the Operation Auction listings. Definitely check them out now and make a list of what you’re interested in because once the auctions start going live in a week or so, the bidding’s going to be fast and furious. There are many books, goods and services that can only be bought through this auction and aren’t for sale otherwise. And, most importantly, this is for Fatin and her family.
Don’t forget, if you don’t find something you’d like to bid on in the auction (crazy!) or the prices exceed your budget, you can make a donation. The information for donating is here.
