His Wife for One Night by Molly O’Keefe

His Wife for One Night (Harlequin Superromance)His Wife for One Night by Molly O’Keefe
My rating: 3 of 5 stars
Based on the title and blurb, I expected this to be a lighter contemporary romance, despite being a SuperRomance. It was actually pretty dark and heavy in some places and very emotional overall.

I enjoyed the book overall and thought it was a pretty solid read. Sad in some places, very romantic in others. I would have given it four stars, but I didn’t care for the heroine’s actions at the end and there was a secondary thread that either has been left dangling for the next book in the series (which would be okay) or didn’t end the way I wanted it to (which would not be okay, because it broke my heart).

Overall, a good book to spend a few hours with.
