No matter what occurs…

I’m a little frazzled and frenzied this week, juggling two projects while the OMG, school starts Monday panic siren screams in my head.

And, of course, all I want to do is watch The Last of the Mohicans for the umpteenth time, which is totally my mother’s fault.

That scene, when they first start walking and we see Uncas watching Alice? *swoon*

And the men running straight up the side of a mountain to rescue their women? *swoon*

My favorite line: “If they don’t kill you, they’ll take you north…”

No no no. MUST. WORK.

Which movie’s your weakness? The one that, if you stumble across it channel-surfing, you can’t look away until the end credits.

    I don’t watch tv. Or movies. I’m a freak.

Steel Magnolias. Doesn’t matter what part I find, I’m watching the remainder.

Fave line: “Take a whack at Wheeza!”

Oh, there are just too many to count.

But I have to agree with Mandy, Steel Magnolias rocks. The characters are so well played and the banter so well written. Of course, I’ll even watch Carolina over and over again purely for Shirley M’s character.

Oh, I can’t look from The Mummy, either! (But only the first one.)

I haven’t watched Steel Magnolias since my kids were born. I had a fear of something happening to me while my husband was at work and I had images of my baby crying and nobody picking him up. I’m guessing you can figure out why that was a no-watch movie for me. Now that my baby’s nine, though, I should watch it again because it’s a GREAT movie.

    Annmarie, I’d DIE without television.

The Wedding Singer and Bridget Jones movies…Though I did not really like Bridget Jones Diary, the book.

I’m not sure if I’ve ever seen The Wedding Singer and I’ve only seen the first Bridget Jones movie. I’ll have to look them up!
