Down for the count

I was laid out by a killer headache yesterday, so no TT for me. I also need to play catch-up and try to fit the stuff I should have done yesterday into the stuff I have to do today. Blech.

But here’s a photo of a moose I took last weekend. It’s a pretty sucky shot because I had to use my cellphone camera. I know better than to be more than a few feet from my camera while in the Great North Woods, but I blew it. I also blew getting a shot of the bear. Pretty much the only wildlife I’ve managed to get shots of are my children and the chipmunk who poses, no doubt hoping for a peanut.

We stopped at Cabela’s on the way home from dropping off my step-daughter and they have the most beautiful stuffed Moose there. It was real at one time and I took some really good pictures of it, but I’d have killed to be where you were–cell phone or not.

You might appreciate my TT. My oldest went to St. Vincent college yesterday to watch Steelers training camp. Lottsa football players. :boogie:

I love the Cabela’s catalog, but I’ve never seen the store. I do have a photo of the tall kid (then short) and I in front of a taxi’d polar bear at the big Bass Pro shop in Missouri.

    And go Patriots! :cheer:
