When Monday begins with W

1. We have one of those big, cast-iron tubs upstairs. Enjoying the decadence of summer vacation and no pre-8:00 errands, I plopped myself in a bubble bath. The ginger kitty, Jinx, likes to prowl the rim of the tub, eyeballing the bubbles. Today, she slipped and plopped herself right in the bath with me. There was much screaming, yowling, and thrashing.

2. My electric razor died after my left leg. I’ve plugged it in to recharge so I can do my right leg, but I’ve known myself long enough to know I’ll forget and make an appearance in public this way.

3. Story ADD has struck again. Reread a scene from DG3, write a page of BMB, write a paragraph for DG3, read notes for IS2, try to think of tagline for BMB, write half a page for DG3, try to think of title for DG3, reread chapter of BMB, spend an hour thinking about IS2, put everything away but BMB, wander restlessly, put more Bacitracin on cat scratches, pull out DG3, decide to blog.

4. Try to blog, get distracted by newest train wreck, which I must say is a hellacious one, even for Romanceland. Might be time for An Official Romanceland ‘Net-Break soon.

5. Try to blog, site’s down. :censor:

6. Site’s back up, but have no topic. Maybe tomorrow.

I wonder if this is catchy… Seem to be having the same kind of days as of late!

Can definitely relate to the ADD thing. Working on an SSE, waiting for final, final notes on the YA, thinking about next SSE proposal, which led to trying to decide if Old Story Idea should be SSE or ST, in which case I now need a new story for the SSE proposal, spent all night thinking about another ST entirely…

Yeesh. I now have four spirals going with scribbled (as in, three day from now I won’t be able to read them) notes.

And I always miss the really good trainwrecks. Damn.

There’s another train wreck? Seriously? I don’t even want to know what it is this time. I’ll be over with May in Nopinionland.

CHarlene – if you go over with May in Nopinionland then you’ll find out what the train wreck is. Ugh. :noevil:

Shannon – I wish I had a number 3 to worry about but I’m all dried up and blank.

Luckily that leaves me more time for reading your stuff! :woot:
