Buenos Friday, again! As you can see, I have been very busy this week! And—
Shan: Wait a minute. Ezmerelda, what the hell are you doing?
Ez: I’m making the announcement about my book.
Shan: You’re supposed to recap my week and announce my books.
Ez: I’m tired of it always being about you.
Shan: And, by the way, that is the worst cover I’ve ever seen.
Ez: Your graphics program is called Microsoft Paint, chica. I can only do so much.
Shan: And the title? Hearts A’Giddy-Uppin’? What the hell is that?
Ez: You seem to be forgetting I am your muse. How would you like to spend the next week writing really shitty haiku?
Shan: Fine, just get it over with.
Anyway. To celebrate the release of our book, Taming Eliza Jane this coming Tuesday, I will be sharing my ever-so-romantic western short story based on one of my personal experiences.
Shan: What personal experiences? You’re a Guatemalan worry doll.
Ez: I’ll start, shall I?
Shan: ::grinds teeth::
Moving on. Although my book has no back cover, I’ve composed back cover copy to entice you.
Shan: Are you kidding me? Your cover copy’s almost as bad as your cover.
Ez: Next haiku’s about the generous abundance of your ass, chica.
Shan: Get ON with it.
Okay, so come back Monday for part one of Hearts A’Giddy-Uppin’ by Ezmerelda!
