And the shorts go back in the drawer

That was a short summer, even for New England. :lmao: The kids were pulling for early release yesterday, but the front stalled a bit and they get an entire snow day today instead. I’d whine, but there are almost 50,000 NH residents without power, so at least I have Runescape for the oldest and PS2 for the little guy.

Of course, the husband’s still here. He’s not supposed to be in my space after 6:45 am on weekdays, but he is. Rumor has it he’ll be going to work at 9. I’m hopeful.

EDITED TO ADD: The husband, before leaving for work and no doubt in an effort to atone for being in my space after his alloted time, attempted to go to Dunkin Donuts for me. There was a line down and DD has no power. No power=no coffee.

I am being punished.

That looks way more like a January pic than an April one.

Same thing here, minus the power outage; beautiful spring weather, followed by snow. GAH. Supposed to be back up in the 50s-60s this weekend. *shivers* Hope you get your DD coffee soon!

Now I feel bad for complaining. Our snow didn’t stick. Or last more than a half hour. We did have 20-degree windchills, though. :(
