So here’s a situation I’ve been pondering for a while…
Say you’re writing a futuristic series set on…kind of an outpost of Earth, I guess. There’s interplanetary travel but the setting is primarily the one outpost. Do you prefer:
A) An all human cast (as in Firefly)
B) A variety of aliens with human central characters (as in Star Wars)
All opinions welcome and greatly appreciated.

 I choose B. I’d like to see a variety of aliens and humans in a mixed setting, though each could have their own clubs, etc., where only their species is allowed. :blah:

B.
I like Aliens.
It could be Shannon Stacey does Alien Love!

I like B, Shannon.

Definitely B for series potential.
My only concern would be space/pacing for the world build. (Please don’t hit me for bringing that up)

Aliens! Although I love Firefly.

Mostly human, but sprinkle in aliens as secondaries or peripheral characters. Would that be option C? :neener:

dice it up—give us good aliens, bad aliens and ugly aliens. Oh, and the same for humans, too :beam:

I like B as well.
Let’s face it, darling, if you write it, we will read. It all depends on how crazy you want to make yourself.

D. (since Jaci had C): I don’t care, I just want the book (I mean, a futuristic from Shannon Stacey? :woot:)

So…aliens, then.

Y’all just want me to work harder, don’t you.

Hey, if I can do aliens, you can do aliens.
