Happy New Year…almost!

I’m disconnecting until Tuesday morning when my kids go back to school. Besides deadlines breathing down my neck, I’ve been juggling things in “real” life and I’m starting to drop the balls. So I’ll be back to blogging on Tuesday (or I might sneak one in on Monday night since that’ll be my blog’s second birthday) and I’ll dig out the gazillion emails I owe people.

It's all good

My house is totally trashed, but that’s okay. It was too nice a holiday weekend to care. Why?

Merry Christmas!

Picked up my Christmas cards yesterday and got them addressed by midnight last night. (It’s not my fault. The fact that we’re still wearing T-shirts and riding around with the windows down caused Christmas to sneak up on me.) We’ve got a trip to Maine today and the big extended family thing tomorrow, so I’ll pop in and bloghop occasionally, but I’m more or less gone til Monday night or Tuesday.
