Shannon Stacey

Hey, wanna win a book?

I need to order pens. Despite a life-long pen fetish and a love for promo pens, I don’t yet have my own. I tried to order some once, but the company chose not to tell me that pen was out of stock and I got really ticked off after waiting. I really need a little jingle thing, though. A whatchamacallit…tagline?

Going through my favorite pens, scattered here on my desk, I find:

Feel the Passion (Jaci Burton)
Are you ready to be branded? (Beth Williamson) (I need more of her cowboys like…today)
Vampires, Werewolves & Faeries…Oh My! (Mandy Roth)
Live the fantasy (Tawny Taylor)

Well, dammit, I want a catchy phrase. When I ordered the previous batch of non-available pens, I used “Curl up with a romance by…” Okay, but not totally catchy.

6 books, 6 subgenres…1 schitzophrenic muse” was also considered. :lmao:

So if you want to either brainstorm a tagline or two for me, or give a vote to the one I’d planned to use, go ahead and leave your comment. Silly, serious, whatever. It just seems like a fun way to kill a day, and who knows? Maybe something will stick. *g* Tomorrow morning I’ll pick a random name from the comments and the winner can choose a download of Kiss Me Deadly (a little bit naughty) or Interstellar Sparks ( a lot naughty).

Shannon Stacy, Romance Of Unpredictable Subgenres

yes, I do have The Princess Bride memorized, why do you ask? Although you could go with “Unpredictable”, I think it has a nice ring to it. “Expect the Unexpected”, that’s nice, too.

    Romance takes many forms…

    Adventures in Romance

    Who’s Your Rommer?

    Indescribable Romance

    Romance Out Of The Box

Well, I tried. I like Jaci’s suggestion the best.

Get Adventurous with Shannon Stacey. Romance the way you want it!

I got my pens from 4imprint. I got the cheapest clicky Bic (no set-up fees for Bic) and I get compliments on it all the time. It writes very nicely, the ink has stayed on and it comes in a bajillion different color combinations. You can fit quite a bit of info on those pens. I didn’t put my web addy on the first batch, but I’m going to on the second.

How fun. I love me some pens.

Cooool! You like my tagline? Thanks Shannon! Ya know, I thought of changing it. You’re the second writer to tell me they liked it so it stays. :thumb:
    Okay, ideas…
    – One writer, many journeys
    – Take a ride with me
    – It’s all in the journey
That’s the limit of my creativity at the moment. I’ll keep thinking.
