So the short kid and I were playing with Paint:

Can you imagine how much I could procrastinate if I had a real graphics program? I could make bad Poser dolls of my whole family. Woohooo!
Anyway. I’ve got a couple really, really great reviews of 72 Hours coming up, but they don’t go up on the review sites until the 10th, so I can’t share them yet. But they’re good! I also have ATV pics to share, too, but they were “real film” pics and I haven’t unburied the scanner yet.
And look what Heather said in the reviews at mybookstoreandmore.com:
72 HOURS is one of the BEST books I’ve read this year! This is a kickass book, packed with emotional punch, laughs and sexual tension so hot it leaps off the page.
:woot:
One thing that surprises me—the wait is still agonizing. I thought it would get better, but it’s been eight days since I sent Sparky in and it’s killing me! I know. Eight days. Shut up, Shannon. But it’s weird how much mental time I waste dwelling on it now. I thought that was one of the things that would fade with a couple of books. Heaven help me if I knock on NY’s door again, huh?
Anyway…I’m going to try really, really hard not to play with Paint today. Must. Write.

That’s right Shannon! If you get carried away playing with paint you’ll never improve those Minesweeper times!
