A daunting task

I think it’s time for a new desk.

I have one of those giant corner units that takes up a quarter of the room and collects more crap than my packrat MIL managed to in almost 80 years. It’s like taking the kitchen junk drawers from a hundred homes and dumping them into a pile, then burrowing in to write. I swear I just saw a notice about the tall kid’s kindergarten field trip. The tall kid is in fifth grade.

And, the treadmill sits next to it. So factor in all the junk stacked on and draped over the treadmill and there’s only one result. I have totally blocked the only heat register in this room and I’m freezing my butt off.

Funny how these things become massive problems that must be fixed NOW when there’s a deadline approaching.

:lmao:

Oh, this is so ME! I’ve been nesting for days because I have a deadline approaching, LOL, but I couldn’t stand the desk any longer. The whole office area, actually, since I don’t have a real office. Sigh.

Lol, if you had move as often as I, you’d have learned not to keep everything. So, go move somewhere. :lmao:

I’s always so reassuring to me when I find that my foibles are the same as others.
