Shannon Stacey

My next release

Forever Again will be released by Samhain Publishing on January 3rd!

:woot:

There’s a blurb on the Forever Again page, but the excerpt isn’t up yet as it’s still in editing.

(I’ve heard that every book has a pet word that is repeated often, and that word for that book is apparently…that.)

The Widowmaker is in limbo for a couple of days. One of those if this goes this way and that goes this way, does this go this way or that way situations. (Not writing-wise.)

And Mel and I are both working on racing-themed stories for EC, and she is smokin’ me! The marshall’s getting ready to give her the white flag, and I’m still in the pits beating my jack man in the head with a wrench.

(I typoo’d: “…beating my jack man in the head with a wench”. Isn’t that a visual?)

Whooo hoooo Shan on that sale. I can’t wait to read that book. (Despite being a long time friend, Shan makes me buy her books when they’re released… hmph)

And don’t worry, I think Nascar book just got black flagged and is being held in the pits. I’ve got edits for a Christmas themed book *and* will soon have edits for my next release. :write:

And since F1 races are usually less laps than Nascar, I think you just might win this one!

    Thank you!

So I’ll be giving you the blue flag, Mel? Edits…umm…edits. Yeah, I’ve got those, too.

And I used that 612 times in a total word count of 51,082.

Which means that comprises a mere 1.198% of the total book.

    :lmao:
