Happy Halloween!

Some short, evil Damien wanna-be has let it be known to my children that drawing faces on the pumpkins with black Sharpie is not, in fact, all there is to making a Jack O’Lantern. So now I’m up to my elbows in nasty, stringy orange goop.

But it’s Daddy’s turn to trick or treat this year, so I’m going to kick back on the porch later and re-read one of my favorite spooky books: Hot Rod Heaven by Melani Blazer. Mel gives us hot sexy chills and scary spooky chills and a hero with an ass that just won’t quit.

Definitely the treat in trick or treat.

He’s back.

Two years ago, Brehann Williams’ fiancé died in a fiery crash and his best friend, Sebastian Bernecchi, disappeared. In one horrible evening she’d lost two men she loved, and she blamed herself for what happened. But now Sebastian—Bash—is back in town, claiming he wants to take up where they left off.

She can’t ignore the chemistry that still exists between them—just being near Bash makes her think of heart-pounding, mouth-watering sex. And she knows he’ll fulfill every one of her fantasies. After all, once—years ago—they’d been lovers.

Acting on their feelings for one another had been wrong before, but there was nothing to deny them their passion this time.

Nothing except the sinister black Corvette that lurks in the shadows and the danger that swirls around them.

And with the beauty of ebooks, you can go and get it right now without leaving your desk and be reading it before I get the pumpkin guts out from under my nails! :woot:

I’m not sending you my copy. :neener:

It’s easily identifiable as mine through the fingerprints covering Bash’s ass.
