Cranky moment

You know what pisses me off? That the members of RWA PAN (Published Authors Network) probably have a lot of experience with what I’m doing right now, but because my book is slightly shorter than what the RWA feels makes a book, I don’t have access to that wealth of knowledge.

My publisher–which is recognized by RWA–considers it a book. Why is that not good enough?

My membership renewal deadline’s in 28 days. Right now I could care less.

(Yes, I’m still wrestling with the blurb.)

I’m a PAN member. If they have a knowledge base, I haven’t yet found it. You’re doing fine without them, hon. I can’t make my way into their realm due to 1) lack of figuring out where said realm resides, and 2) lack of time/interest.

Write the damn blurb and send it to me. I’ll shred the hell out of it for you.

What Jaci said. You’ll get more info out here than in there.

Damn. I was really hoping there was a pot o’info at the end of the PAN rainbow.

Ah well. It’s already going to take me a year to figure out the new lists. Don’t need to add PAN in there, anyway.
