I can’t think of anything to say! How bizarre.
So here’s a question: What makes a good author’s newsletter? I think I want mine to be funny. Or at least funny to me. :neener:
That’s one reason writing this vampire book is scary to me. I still haven’t quite shaken the branding-is-a-good-thing idea. Apparently one of my personalities is run by the SchitzoMuse who wants to write whatever floats her boat, and the other personality is rather…uptight about things. I might have to muster up an arbitrating personality. :cheesy:

I dunno what makes a good newsletter, but if you figure it out, tell me! I think I have the most boring newsletter on the planet. Maybe I’ll turn the next one into a fake tabloid, that would at least amuse me. :neener:

Oh, THAT would be a blast! Fun to write AND to read. You should go for it!

LOL, Shannon! I have the same issues with sticking to one tone and subgenre!!

Don’t look at me. I’m a genre slut. And I love that freedom to write whatever I want in whatever genre. Just have fun with it, honey. Isn’t that what writing’s supposed to be?
Newsletters….it’s like your voice. Do it the way YOU want it and the readers will love it. Don’t try to bend it to what you think readers want. Trust me, they’ll read it.
Smooch!
