Getting back on track (belated Friday check-in)

There seems to be an undeniable correlation between my checking in with you guys on Fridays and my weight loss. The correlation is probably that the more stressed I am, the more apt I am to compensate for insomnia with comfort food and the less time I have to blog (and my blog was throwing errors on the back end I didn’t have time to research and fix). A new year, a blog birthday, and my boys

Happy 2013, everybody! My first blog post was on January 1st, 2005, so I guess this my blog's eighth birthday. 2012 was a little rocky for me, so the blog was a little neglected, but I'll do better in 2013.
