A new year, a blog birthday, and my boys

Happy 2013, everybody! My first blog post was on January 1st, 2005, so I guess this my blog's eighth birthday. 2012 was a little rocky for me, so the blog was a little neglected, but I'll do better in 2013.

Speaking of eight years, I have a couple of photos to share. The first was taken in October of 2004, just a couple of months before I started blogging. The second was taken this Christmas Eve. Those of you who've been around since the beginning have practically watched my kids grow up.
