Progress and epiphanies

Lost three more pounds. Yay! I know right now I’ve got plenty of excess crap to burn off and it won’t be very long at all before it evens off and I have to start fighting for those pounds. But that’s okay.

Traveling, tests and nerves

Yesterday I registered for the RWA National conference, which is in Anaheim in July. The whole family’s going, so it’ll be part work and part epic family vacation.

Giving Mother Nature the MOM look

It took its sweet time this year, but winter has finally arrived in New Hampshire. There’s snow on the ground and we’ve had a biting, sub-zero wind chill going on. And now, tomorrow morning, a “wintry mix” for the morning commute.

Tongue twisters at the crack of dawn

First, despite the magnificent salad/freaking ravenous incident, I weigh three pounds less today than I did on Monday. Woohoo!
