Fire envy

Today I’m just hanging around, being jealous of everybody who’s playing with a Kindle Fire. Sadly, while I want one, I don’t need one. Or, more correctly, I can’t justify buying one when I have an iPad.

I hold that sentiment in my heart and … Read More »

“They are in front of us, behind us, and we are flanked on both sides by an enemy that outnumbers us 29:1. They can’t get away from us now!”—Chesty Puller

“I have just returned from visiting the MARINES at the front, and there is not a finer fighting organization in the world!”—Gen. Douglas MacArthur, U.S. Army

“Some people
