Just putzin' around

I’m off to a lazy start this morning. The boys don’t have school, so once I made my husband’s lunch and sent him off to work with a grumpy monosyllabic grunt, I was free to go back to the couch and curl up with my dog.

Happy birthday to my guy

Today’s my husband’s birthday. This is not something he really cares about but the Short Kid will settle for nothing less than a major event, so we’ll be having a little family party later. That means I have to make a cheesecake today because that’s my husband’s once-a-year guilty pleasure.
