T. G. I. Monday

Lightning recap: Thursday—feeling decidely peaked but head north anyway. Friday—inhale trail dust. Saturday—ride to breakfast, inhale more trail dust, then get drunk for the first time in years and sing karaoke for the first time ever. Sunday—bake in hot sun while husband rides with friends and realize I haven’t eaten since breakfast Saturday. Too hot to care. All in all, I’ve had better weekends.

    Gorgeous pic. Once again, I’m jealous. First, that you are a better photographer than I. Second, that you could forget to eat for over 24 hours.

    I wish I could take credit for the picture, but all I was doing was seeing how well I could zoom in on the butterfly. The camera did the rest. :lol:

    I also wish I could take credit for simply forgetting to eat, but alas…it was the consumption of copious amounts of alcohol Saturday followed by the consequences of said consumption on Sunday.

    I’m almost recovered. :doh:
