Guess the literary character

The short kid’s school had Harvest Festival today and—though they nixed Halloween costumes a long time ago—they told the kids they could dress up as a literary character this year. (Yes, that went as well and had as much cheating as you’re thinking.) Besides the blatant stretching of the boundaries (little kitty-cat hooker costume was explained as “the cat that the girl in Harry Potter has”), there were also Cats in the Hat, Curious Georges, Tinkerbells and more.

So take a guess as to who the short kid went as…(pic after the jump)

Bond. James Bond.

    He’s adorable! :thumb:

Guess what? I’m at the Emerald City conference and there was a particular book on the goody table that I really wanted. Hmm… who’s it by? Oh yes, the fabulous Shannon Stacey! :cheer: I now have a print book of Forever Again. I told anyone within earshot how fabulous you are. Not sure if I increased sales or they just think I’m some weird stalker fan, but I tried

Hmmm……too young for martini’s. I guess it will have to be Kool Aid……shaken, not stirred.

Awe. He makes a very handsome 007. Love the expression on his face. Look out girls, he’s gonna be a heartbreaker that’s for sure!

    No aviator helmet.

As it was, I forgot about the black bow tie until the last minute. I snipped it off a stuffed animal ten minutes before school started and stitched it onto the shirt. Now I have to stitch it back onto the stuffed animal.

Now that is some serious Mom ingenuity.

‘Cept now I’m all sorts of weirded out imagining visiting you and finding bits hacked off from toys. Worried about what you might be compiling, sorta like a Toys R Us version of Buffalo Bill.

Come to think of it, we’ve not heard from Ezme in a while. You building Boobless Barbie in the basement or something?
