Amy J. Fetzer (now of Romantic Suspense fame) wrote one back in ‘97 called Dangerous Waters that I really liked. Hotshot female cop time travels back to the old west in search of a serial time-traveling murderer. Very cool story.

Can’t think of a single time-travel western, but there’s a sort of time-travel ghost western from Tiffany White, Harlequin Temptation. Fun story.
