It’s out!

It’s available here now!
When the going gets tough, Jill Delaney gets going…in the other direction.
This time the other direction has Jill hitching a ride with the Senior Center’s Spring Fling tour to Orlando. Screwed out of a promotion, she’s ready for some fun in the sun before it’s time to balance her checkbook again.
Ethan Cooper just wants to get his mother settled into her new job so can pick up the pieces of his own life. But first, Mom’s got a little vacation planned. Now he has to survive a trip with a busload of retirees and one sexy but infuriating blonde, then he’s home free.
But when they find themselves stranded and alone, Jill and Ethan are faced with making their own way south. Fighting desire and each other along the way, they give in and indulge in a little vacation sex–which doesn’t mean they have to fall in love. After all, Jill’s not ready to be domesticated, and Ethan’s convinced she’s not his type.
They never saw the handcuffs coming.

Congratulations, Shannon.

Bah. My eyes are crossing. I’m up to chapter ten and loving it, but now I have to go sleep.
Bummer.

Thank you!
Bummer about the hassle, Anna. Hopefully the light saber scene will help cheer you up.
I have more happy Roadtrip news, too, but I’m going to save it til tomorrow. Today’s been…full.
But good!

Thank you so much, guys. It’s a little scary to me that y’all are going to read it but since you’re all such wonderfully intelligent, savvy, beautiful, warm, fabulous and lovely readers…
I hope you enjoy it. It was a fun book to write, and hopefully it’s a fun read as well.

Right.
It’s tomorrow.
Spill.
Is it me, or am I getting a bit, well, rabid these days?
(It’s 7.36 am. I should be getting dressed. I should not be sat at my computer reading OUART. Page 128 and counting.)
October 6th, 2005 at 2:41 am
OMG
I just found the lightsaber scene.
You need a pissing yourself emoticon.
October 6th, 2005 at 5:51 am
Okay, I finished it.
This morning, in my dressing gown, while Husband stomped up and down the hallway going, “do you KNOW what time it is?? I’m fed up with always being LATE?!”*
It’s a real handicap being your friend, because nothing I can say about how good this book is will be taken seriously. Put it this way - there are people who write Great Romance, and people who write Great Sex. You are one of those exalted, exceptional people who write both.
* For the record, he’s been late TWICE in four years, and one of those was HIS fault, not mine!

It’s a real handicap being your friend,…
Yeah, well try being my family.
Just kidding.
October 6th, 2005 at 9:19 am
Congrats babe. There’s nothing quite like the first time. Enjoy the moment. Now where’s the next book?
Love you.

MUAH! Love you too, J!
