I guess we can all see how focused on writing my brain cell is. Here’s a screenshot of EC’s coming soon page. (Quite frankly I stalked that page so much recently I’m surprised their server didn’t take out a restraining order against my computer.)

There it is, next to Jaci & CJ’s hot as hell book and Nic’s sexy cowboy and Sylvia’s totally kick-ass cover.

Of course, once tomorrow’s over, some people will be cracking the :whip: at me again. I’m editing a western quickie, and I’m still working on my vampires and the cursed knight, and now a Formula 1 book. I need many more hours in my day. Plus I need to hit the treadmill or my ass is going to be the size of Wisconsin.

    Honey, it’s your very first book release. Will you cut yourself some slack? You absolutely, positively, will NOT get any writing done this week. Give it up and just enjoy your moment in the sun. This first time only comes around once, so bask in it.

    Oh, and get thee to Paradise and start talking up your release. Let us all get excited with you, dammit! :cheer:

    One (*coughpartysizecough*) bag of Doritos, 4 large Dunkins Donuts iced coffees and one husband who freakin picked TODAY to quit smoking later, I’ve passed the threshhold of anxiety. The calm has finally come. Some people will like it and some people won’t. Hopefully more will than won’t. I’m just thrilled that it’s really happening. :nod:

    And I’m not trying to convince myself of that in order to sleep.

    And I did share the (*coughpartysizecough*) bag of Doritos with my kids.

    But not the :coffee:
